CANCELING, RETURNS & SHIPPING INFORMATION

How do I Cancel an Order?

Unfortunately once an order is placed it cannot be canceled. In order for us to ship in a timely fashion our systems are realtime and the order is received by our distribution center instantly. Our distribution center does not have the capability of canceling orders due to security filters.

How do I Track my Order?

Orders shipped via UPS are trackable by logging into your account. Customers will be notified that the UPS tracking number has been posted via an Order Status Update e-mail as well.

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii

We will gladly ship to APO and FPO addresses.

International Shipping

We do not currently ship orders outside of the United States. 

Returns

VIP Factory Second Events are final clearance sales on items offered at extra discounted prices. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges on final clearance sales items. Our “All Sales Are Final” policy is clearly noted in our terms and conditions in which a customer must accept before entering the site as well as at checkout, so that a customers is aware they are purchasing a no-refund/no-exchange item, unless defective.
